Practice Plan

In 2007 we will offer a practice plan for you and your family to be safely registered with the practice of your choice.

A number of options are outlined below:

OPTION 1 - Heaton Dental Care Plan

2 regular and detailed examinations, including checking for signs of oral cancer
2 regular hygiene visits to maintain the highest standard of oral health
continual advise, coaching and discussion about alternative treatments to suit your
individual needs
20% discounts on dental treatments you require or request
10% discount from oral hygiene products sold at the practice
A convenient monthly payment by Direct Debit
Worldwide Trauma and Emergency Callout Insurance
Redundancy Protection.

Budget for your dental health and become a member of the practice for a low fee, please ask.

OPTION 2 - Registration and Insurance

Some of our patients will prefer to pay in full for clinical examinations and treatments as and when they are needed. For those people, we can offer a second alternative, to register with the practice and pay an annual registration fee of £TBC, which gives our registered patients the same level of insurance as our plan patients. We have listed the details of this option below:

Patients pay for each examination at the standard price
There is no discount on dental treatments or items for sale in the practice
There is no Redundancy Protection
Registered patients must attend an examination at least once per year.

Cost TBA per year plus fee-per-item

In order to maintain high standards of oral and dental health, we would recommend regular visits to the practice so that we can spot problems early and monitor the effectiveness of treatments. We hope that you will see, therefore, that we have designed a scheme that enables us to provide you with the highest standards of service and enables you to budget monthly for quality preventive dentistry. Therefore, we firmly, believe that Option 1 will be the best option for most of our patients.

OPTION 3 - Denture Care and Registration (for full denture wearers)

1 full-mouth examination to check dentures and soft tissues per year
25% discount on new dentures and denture repairs
Full registration at the practice
Worldwide Trauma and Emergency Callout Insurance
Redundancy Protection.

Child Options

OPTION 4 - Child Care and Registration - Free of charge (ages 0- 4 inclusive)

All necessary examinations
Diet and preventive advice
Full registration at the practice
50% discount on dental treatments required or requested.

OPTION 5 - Child Care and Registration - (ages 5 - 16 inclusive)

All benefits as in Option 4, but also includes:
Worldwide Trauma and Emergency Callout Insurance
Redundancy Protection for the paying parent.
